The shopping cart is suppose to appear directly above the items you selected on the "shop" page and directly below the navigation section of this webpage. Once you select your items and click the green checkout button, you will be directed to the PayPal.com website to make the actual payment.
According to Bandzoogle (the company which hosts this account and supplies all the technical aspects) if you are having trouble with the shopping cart, they believe it is a temporary cache problem with your web browser. They suggest:
Make sure your "block pop-up windows" setting is off
If that does not work, then:
1. empty your browser cache
2. quit your browser
3. restart browser
They also suggest to cross reference the problem by logging in from another browser (if you have one). Also, there may be another program or security setting blocking the shopping cart window from appearing. They have told me that they:
"...we tested this for you and was able to add CD's to the shopping cart, then selected the ‘checkout’ option and was successfully directed to a payment page at paypal for your paypal account. From this, we know that your store feature is successfully working at our end."
